Your privacy is important to us. This online privacy statement explains how we collect, share, use, and protect information when a visitor uses (collectively, “User”, “You”, “Your”) the online and mobile services offered by LotSync LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “LotSync”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). This statement covers LotSync’s online services, including the LotSync.com web site (the “Site”) and our mobile services.
This privacy statement is provided with respect to content and services delivered and offered by LotSync in the United States. When using our online services to receive information or to access the Site for transaction purposes, your information will be transferred or processed in the United States. Certain LotSync web site pages (e.g., a micro site) and LotSync social media sites may have terms regarding the privacy of your information in addition to those described in this Statement. Please be sure to review any privacy disclosures for the specific LotSync online service you are using.
Our online services are NOT intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Information We Collect Information
Personal Information. When you visit or use our Site, we may collect personal information from or about you such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number(s), account number, user name and password. We may also collect information about your third party accounts, social security number, driver’s license number and other data when you provide such information to apply for an account and/or use the Site and other online services that are reasonably required for ordinary business purposes.
Other Information and its Usage. In addition to the personal information described above, we or our third party partners may collect certain information about your use of our online services. For example, we may capture certain location information through the IP address of the device you use to connect to the online service, the type of web browser you use, information about the last web site you came from before visiting the Site, the parts of the Site you access during your visit. We or our third-party partners may also use cookies, web beacons or other technologies to collect and store other information about your visit to, or use of, the Site and our other online services. Mobile Application. For your convenience, LotSync enables you to access certain services through a downloadable mobile application (“Mobile App”). When you use our Mobile App, we may collect information such as unique device identifiers for your mobile device, your screen resolution and other device settings, information about your location, and analytical information about how you use your mobile device. We may include certain permissions when using the Mobile App, including seeking permission to collect information about the geographic location of the mobile device you are using when utilizing the Mobile App.
Additional Sources of Information. We also may collect information about you from additional online and offline sources, including co-branded web sites we may operate with partners or third-party commercial sources, such as credit reporting agencies. We may combine this information with the personal and other information we have collected about you under this Online Privacy Statement.
How We Use the Information
We may use your personal information:

- to process enrollments and transactions
- to verify you identity in order to allow access to your account(s)

Cookies
You can control whether or not to accept cookies. A ‘cookie’ is a small text file that a web server may place on your computer when you visit a web site. The file uniquely identifies a browser/computer and information stored in a cookie sent by LotSync web page can only be read by LotSync (or a company we work with). You can modify your browser setting to either notify you when you receive a cookie so you can choose whether or not to accept it or set your browser to not accept cookies automatically. If you decide to not accept cookies, some features and services on the Site may not work properly because we may not be able to recognize and associate you with your account(s).

Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date is important. You may review or update certain information by logging on to the LotSync Site. You may also contact us by using the Customer Service option on our website.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that LotSync would sell its business (by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise) or sell all or substantially all of its assets. LotSync Short Code Privacy Policy
The SyncText application and the associated LotSync website available at www.lotsync.com (“LotSync”) are owned and operated by LotSync, LLC (“us” “we” or “our”). This LotSync privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit to us through SyncText. This includes “Personal information”, which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, e-mail address, user ID number, and “Anonymous Information”, which is other non-public information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.
User Content
By accessing or otherwise using SyncText, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the associated Terms of Service (Set forth on www.lotsync.com/terms-of-service) you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information and Anonymous Information according to this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Information may be process by us in the country where it was collected as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding process of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws of your country.
Regarding Children
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use SyncText, and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our databases. We recommend that children between the ages of 13 and 18 obtain their parent’s permission before submitting information over the internet. By using SyncText, you are represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use SyncText.
Collection and Use of Information
Personal Information
In general, we collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily through SyncText. If you choose to sign up to receive information about products or services that may be of interest to you, we will collect your email address and all related information. Where you express interest in a certain vehicle through the LotSync services, we will provide the applicable dealership with your contact information to enable further communications between you and such dealership.
Personal Information from Other Sources
We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources with which you have registered, companies who we have partnered with (collectively, “Partners”) or other third parties. We may associate this information with the other Personal Information we have collected about you.
Use and Disclosure of Information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not generally sell, trade, rent or share the Personal Information that we collect with third parties, unless you ask or authorize us to do so.
In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used by us to provide you access to SyncText, to improve SyncText, to better tailor the features, performance, and support of SyncText and to offer you additional information, opportunities, promotions and functionality from us or our partners.
We may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers who work on behalf of or with us to provide some of the services and featreus of SyncText and to help us communicate with you. Example of such services include sending email, analyzing data, providing marketing assitance, and providing customer service. We require our third-party service providers to promise not to use such information except as necessary to provide the relevant services to us. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our third-party partners, those with whom we have a co-branding or promotional relationship, or other third-parties about whom you are otherwise notified and do not requst to opt out of such sharing. This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of your personally idetifiable information by such third-parties. We do not maintain responsibility for the manner in which third parties, including, without limitation, social networks, other partners and advertisers, use or futher disclose Personal Information collected from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy, after we have disclosed such information to those third parties. If you do not want us to use or disclose Personal Information collected about you in the manneres identified in this Privacy Policy, you may not use SyncText.
In the event we go through a business transaction such as a merger, acquistion by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfer may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of ours or that acquirer’s assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe if good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; or (b) to protect and defend our rights or property, you, or third parties. SyncText may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the contect of such other websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of each and every website they visit. This Privacy Policy applies soley to information collected by us through SyncText and does not apply to these third-party websites. The ability to access information of third-parties from SyncText, or links to other websites or locations, if for your convenience and does not signify our endorsment of such third-parties, their products, their services, other websites, locations or their content.
Feedback
If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback for any purpose, provided we do not associated such feedback withy your Personal Information. We will collect any information contact in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You agree that any such comments and any email we receive becomes our property. We may use feedback for marketing purposes or to add to or modify our services without paying any royalties or other compensation to you.
