These terms of service are entered into by and between LotSync LLC (“Company“, “we“, “our”; “us“) and the person who utilizes its services.  The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference, collectively, the “Terms of Use“), govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.lotsync.com (the “Services“).

  1. When you opt-in to the Services, we will send you an SMS message to request your authorization for our client dealership to contact you about a specific vehicle. Once the authorization is provided, your information will be shared with the applicable dealership for further communications with you.
  2. You may can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to shortcode 39000. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed for further communication about that vehicle at that dealership and will no longer receive SMS messages about it.  Sending “STOP” with respect to one vehicle will not prevent you from using the Services to obtain information about other vehicles. Just use the same process and you SMS messages to you again.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to 39000. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to contact us as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. You must text STOP to the shortcode provided to you by the applicable dealership to cancel further communications with it.
  5. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: 

Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.

Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).
